For all that it does sprawl a little, this is actually a surprisingly tight crossover. Few parts of it don’t align well, and the parallel storytelling – especially in week four – is inspired. A shame so few of the tie-ins are reprinted. It fits into the main timeline here.

Notes:

1. Reintroduces a character very important in the Manhunter mythology.
2. Continues directly from the previous issue of The Flash.
3. Continues directly from the previous two issues of Wonder Woman.
4. These issues of Swamp Thing reference events from Millennium, but are not bannered as crossovers.
5. These issues of Young All-Stars are placed here as they follow on from Secret Origins #22.
6. These four issues weave in and out of each other telling intersecting stories, and can be read in any order.
7. Justice League International #10 and Firestorm #67 occur in parallel.
